Cast Party

  Ben Hur Cast Party this Sunday, April 28, from 2-7pm. 

At Community Church, West Bend

Order of events:

Set-up at 2pm,

Recognition at 4pm, and spoofs?

Dinner to follow

Clean-up and dismissal after dinner around  7pm.

(There will be approximately 115 diners)

Set-up:  families with last names (L-Z)

Clean-up: families with names (A-K)

If you can't do one of the above, call someone from the contact list and switch with them.

What to bring: We are encouraging all to bring any outside games/toys that you may have:  volleyballs, kickballs, baseballs, bats and gloves, soccer balls, frisbies, etc.  Mark all of your belongings.  Outside activities can be played after set-up and before recognition, and after dinner.

Cast Party Menu –  With your help, we will be serving tacos for dinner.  Find your name and please bring the following items next to your name to the cast party.  We will be setting up at 2pm, please bring your food or other supplies then.

What to bring:  Each family also needs to bring the taco shells for your family and any mismatched leftover napkins that you might have from past birthdays, holidays, graduations, anniversaries etc.

Bagin:  2# seasoned taco meat, cooked and CHILLED

Hensler: 2# seasoned taco meat, cooked and CHILLED

Schimip: 2# seasoned taco meat, cooked and CHILLED

Pasillas: 2# seasoned taco meat, cooked and CHILLED

Hawkinson: 2# seasoned taco meat, cooked and CHILLED

Nelson: 2# seasoned taco meat, cooked and CHILLED

Pallo: 2# seasoned taco meat, cooked and CHILLED

Vagnini: 2# seasoned taco meat, cooked and CHILLED

Englund: 2# seasoned taco meat, cooked and CHILLED

Georges: 1# seasoned taco meat, cooked and CHILLED, 2 containers sour cream

Dederts:  2# cheddar cheese, shredded, and 120 cups, plus sharpy markers

Wilke: 2# cheddar cheese, shredded with serving bowl and scoop for cheese and 2 cans olives, chopped

Newhouse:  2# cheddar cheese, shredded and 2 cans olives, chopped

Schneider: 1# cheddar cheese, shredded, and veggie platter and dip

Donahue:  2 containers of sour cream and 1 head chopped lettuce, and one bag of chips

S. Gumness:  5 onions, chopped , and 2 large jars of salsa

N. Gumness:  2 heads of lettuce, chopped and 1 large jar of salsa, and one bag of chips

Steffenhagen:  large veggie platter and dip

Wells:  2 large jars of salsa, 2 cans of olives, chopped

Hummel:  Large Fruit platter, large drinking container

Guagliardo:  2 large powdered containers of lemonade, bag of ice,

Weimer:  2 large powdered containers of lemonade, bag of ice,

Power:  2 cans of refried beans, 2 bags of chips

Koepke:  2 cans of refried beans, 2 bags of chips

Dauster:  Dinner plates, dessert plates, forks (expecting approx 115 guests)

Sitzman – Large drinking container (give to Guagliardo prior to party- perhaps at Sat's 1:30 show?)

Cast and Crew:  we'll be needing your help to set-up tables and chairs and to help clean up afterwards.  Thanks in advance for your many helping hands and faithful attitudes!
